DIY-NIW 140 RFE求助# Immigration - 落地生根

求助各位大神，
小弟六月提交了NIW 140表格，已收到USCIS寄来的信件。因为是个人DIY，没有律师帮
忙处理RFE，特来向各位大神请教。共三条如下，
1. Please submit evidence to establish that the beneficiary's proposed
endeavor has substantial merit. The petitioner did not submit any evidence
to establish that the proposed endeavor meets this requirement
2. Please submit evidence to establish that the beneficiary's proposed
endeavor has national importance
3. please submit evidence to establish that, on balance, it would be
beneficial to the United States to waive the requirements of a job offer and
thus of a labor certification. This balance was described in Dhanasar as on
one hand protecting the domestic labor supply through the creation of the
labor certification process, while on the other hand recognizing that in
certain cases the benefits inherent in the labor certification process can
be outweighed by other factors that are also deemed to be in the national
interest.
