看版上有人说EB1A被RFE J表。但是看J表的说明我理解应该是employer file的那种才
要填。学校international office负责green card的人也说这个表1A不需要。大家都交
了吗？因为一部分需要employer填，所以想早点准备好。谢谢啦。

EB1A的确是不需要填这个表的。

But on the 485instruction
it says
If you filed Form I-140 as a self-petitioner, you must intend to work in the
occupational field specified in the Form I-140. You must provide a signed
statement confirming this intent, unless you are filing Form I-485 together
with your Form I-140

这是新的485的要求?
另外这个sstatement也不是j form吧，应该是申请人自己签的一份声明?
