140/485 11/30/16 RD. 140 4月底批了，后面就没有更新了。
找第二个Senator，终于帮忙查了个结果出来。下面是TSC的回复
USCIS records indicate your constituent's application is currently with an
officer under processing review. I have contacted the officer and requested
a status update at their earliest convenience upon review completion.
As soon as we review your constituent's petition we assure your that this
case will be processed as expeditiously .
If after 45 days from the date of this email USCIS has not notified your
constituent regarding the status of this case, pls feel free to contact our
office to request the status.
不知道圣诞之前会不会有啥更新。
