EB1a, 3/15/2017 485 RD，一个半月后压指纹很快受到combo card。然后一直没音讯直
到10/27通知被转到NBC。三天后又受到网上更新说再一次转office，但这个网上通知从
未有过纸质通知。今天在local office做了infopass，说case还在NBC等待interview
appointment schedule。问这是不是意味着背景调查通过，被答复可能过了只是等
paper work，也可能还在做背景调查。

My case is so similar to yours. RD 3/22, NSC.
Combo card received in April, Fingerprint in May.
Transferred for the first time on 10/27. (received paper notice)
Transferred again on 11/1. (never receive paper notice)
Transferred for the third time on 12/1, and case status is "Interview Is
Scheduled". Interview notice was also received, IV date is 1/08.
I think your background check is completed, and once your local office has
availability, NBC will transfer your case for the third time to schedule
interview. Good luck!!!

My case (EB1A I485,NSC) is also similar. I485 RD is 3/20/2017. Fingerprint
was done in May and AP was received in June. Oct 25 my case was transferred
for the first time and got transferred on Oct 26 for the second time. On Nov
18, I got an initial RFE for J form etc...(don't know why????) and
responded
to RFE two days later. Interview notice was received on 12/20/17, and the
date is 1/22/2018.
Hopefully you receive your case update notice soon.
