崭新的相机(SX130IS)买了个草地价，priority mail 寄过去，结果这头猪收到发来这
样的内容：
“i received the camera today and I'm very disappointed. the SD card is
missing. You stated that the camera is new. However, it appears to me that
the camera is used or has been refurnished -- the original plastic screen
films are not present. I'm not satisfied with the product. I would like to
get another 25% off. Please advise. Dick ”
本来就没有说include SD card，一查手里还有的其他SX130IS，都没有他说的“the
original plastic screen films”。光天化日之下的讹诈。还好价格是草地，可以陪
他玩。要么给他5%，要么他自己承担运费寄回来。

从DE 到 CA，一共是5天，老中买家收到后说：他付了expedited shipping，是要两天
内delivery，为啥5天才delivery。说是坏了他的大事，要我refund他 50% （大概400
刀）。我一看，这不是耍无赖吗。我回信说，amazon 要求所有的seller不能跟buyer
讨价还价。要么return电脑后，全额还款，要么，你就keep这个电脑。一开始，以为老
中买家是嫌贵了，要退。后来老中买家竟然没退。再一想，这老中买家可能也是神医
。不然不会出高价买这个古董电脑。估计是别人买了他的，他没货。其实，老中买可
能就是想敲诈一下，降低下成本。

之所以offer 5%就是想舍财消灾。要不他咬定要退也没有办法。没有offer full
refund 是因为相机已经成了open box,value dropped a lot.
遇到了，也没有办法。还好是个便宜的相机，磨磨刀，看看结果会咋样。

从发帖到现在已经快一个半月了。Evil Buyer再我任何动作，也没有回信。看了的确像
大家说的，这些鸟人就是讹诈。。。。
这个CASE说明大家遇到类似情况不要怕，也不要急于满足病人，拖拖，据理力争，即使
最后他耍赖，也可以让他把东西寄回，在charge restocking fee.
可惜的是俺的机子卖的是草地价。。。。

以前一个大牛说的一个办法：
在给病人回信的时候，你要提到你的return是到第三家公司，他们会帮你查contents，
等等。这样先打消他return砖头的想法
所有的return都return到你的UPS store，要是你怀疑的，你就找个UPS store小二空闲
的时间，当他们面打开，让他们给你公证，包括SN，型号等等 - UPS store的小二一般
都有公证的license。
