有两个包裹本来昨天（2/28)该由UPS送到的，结果没送。今天再查UPS tracking，出来
这么个消息：“As requested by the sender, UPS has transferred this shipment
to the local post office for delivery to the final destination.”送达日期改
成今天由USPS送到。Amazon这么折腾为啥呀？这样不是要付两家的运费吗？

请大家帮忙看一下配偶的service request里的这句话是什么意思？非常感谢！
Your application is currently pending and has been pre-adjudicated. And
final review by an officer is dependent upon approval of the Form I-140 as
well as visa availability.

我的也是同样的回复。网上对这个回复众说纷纭，有人说是在等140批，但140批了也会
有这个回复，那就是在等Visa名额。有人说是io随机找了个回复应付了事。但也有人说
pre-adjudicated说明bc clear.自己再考古一下吧，我考古完了就有了这样的一个总结
。如果想知道具体情况也可以找议员，如果议员愿意帮忙那就能问出有价值的信息，如
果不给力也就只能等了。

真是奇傻。东西已经到了本地UPS，直接送来不就完了吗？这又转到USPS，多耽误一天
。我今天得把货发出去啊。这事儿整的，真急人。

可能是Sure Post, 这个给的estimated delivery准, MI的很不准.

样去年年初
