一直在版上逛，很少上来发帖。今天得到了EB1-A的通过消息，特来把自己的情况发
上来，希望对大家有帮助。
TSC, Non-PP, application submitted February 07th, 2018, approved May 24th
, 2018 (Informed by the law firm, I have not received the Approval Notice
yet).
This is my background:
1. Engineering major. I was a graduate student (Ph.D.) when submitting
the application to TSC.
2. Publication: 12 journals articles (amongst them, I am the first-author
for 7 of them). I have several conference abstracts, but I totally did not
mention them in the Petition Letter.
3. Citation at the time of submission: 301 (Google Scholar). Now, the
total citation count is 339.
4. Peer-review for journals: 78 manuscripts.
5. Claimed categories: Authorship/Contribution/Review. My publication was
reported by some small media such as the website of my current university.
Since those news reports are not significant, I did not claim the Mass Media
Catagory. Instead, I very very briefly mentioned those reports in the
Contribution section.
今天收到批准的消息十分震惊。最近版上都说EB1-A速度不快，需要九个月甚至更久
。实在没想到我得案子如此之快。
申请绿卡找的是WeGreened， 不过退款（签合同的时候发表文章12篇，引用229）。
在版上经常看到有人怀疑律师在这里有托，发水文吸引客户。在这里保证本人不是托，
发了这个文章也没有任何折扣（律师费早就全部交清）。只是想感谢一下律所的专业服
务，也向大家推荐他们。
以下是对WeGreened的评价：
做事专业，服务周到，效率高。他们起草推荐信的申请书速度很快，里面的内容也
很专业。给他们发信息总是能得到很快（一般小于一天）的回复。有关于绿卡的任何事
情咨询他们都能得到专业的解答。感觉他们对理工科的申请很有经验，能用通俗易懂的
语言把申请人的优势表现得淋漓尽致。
唯一的缺点是感觉他们起草的推荐信和申请书有点模板化。作为申请人需要花时间
去修改这些东西。我自己在不改变他们起草的推荐信的内容的前提下花时间把每个推荐
人的语气都改得不一样。这样看起来没有千篇一律的感觉。我也下功夫修改了他们起草
的申请信（主要修改里面对专业成果的描述，使之更为准确）。申请书前后修改了十次
，每次WeGreened都能及时审核我修改的内容并回复，真的是很感谢他们的服务。
