今天去败回来的，我觉得这款适合给胖宝宝用，比较结实，大小也不错，样子也挺好的
。带了个旧的infant car seat 去trade in,再用攒的gift card,税后110，还带
booster,安装很简单。
唯一不满意的是brs的税就花了10刀。
有点小贵，trade in明天结束，家有胖宝的可以去试坐下。

如题，H1b 今年8月31号过期。学校给申请延期到2019年4月底（H1b满6年）。今年3月
递交的prevailing wage determination，现在还在等待，预计还要1-2个月才能收到
H1b receipt notice。请问NiW 对身份的有效期有无要求，现在递交NiW是否可行？谢
谢！

Infant booster seat用连到餐椅上吗?还是直接用highchair本身带的架子?另外我给宝

NIW 要求你在H1B第5年结束前提交，过了第5年就不能提交NIW了。我搜索过规定，
USCIS在很久以前（貌似2000年左右）有这个规定，但现在的官网上没有这个规定，不
确定是否有变。

可以用本身的架子，也可以绑凳子上，这个可以同时给两个小孩坐，相当于两个high
chair.
可以加热。

H1B6年以后的延期需要在H1B5年底之前递交某种绿卡申请，比如EB2-NIW。

不是要求在第5年提交，过了就不能提交
而是在renew的时候要有一个approved的I140或者pd超过一年的pending的I140
所以任何I140能在一年内approve，都可以延期,NIW过了第5年也可以提交，当然要指望
及时
approve

貌似是即使是第五年之后，只要拿到140就行。
