因为现在父母绿卡审批的慢，而体检表只有一年有效，所以交130/485的时候没体检。
父母准备AP批了以后回国等卡。请问可以让他们回国前在美国完成体检，然后收到RFE
以后我们帮他们把体检表交上去吗？Respond to RFE的时候不需要他们在美国吧？

The signup webpage is confusing. See below for the correct way to do it. I
just did it yesterday. It took me a while to figure it out. :)
After you login to your Kohl's online account, move mouse over "ACCOUNT"
under your name on top central of webpage. From the pulldown menu, click "
Yes2You Rewards". Then you can sign up.

没有体检表现在很可能不会被ref，会收到信说没有体检表，以后面试时候带着

Kohl's online account 是 Kohl's charge card online account 吗？
下拉菜单没看见 "Yes2You Rewards" 啊？
高手请指点一下。不会是要宁外注册一个单独的帐号吧？
