版上大牛们好！今天收到RFE如下：
Any individual filing a request or any other document with USCIS must
personally sign the request or document. No other person may sign a request
or document on behalf of an individual filing a request with USCIS except
when that individual is under 14 years of age or is mentally incompetent or
is an incapacitated adult. A Form G-28 by itself does not authorize a
representative to sign a request of other documents on the individual's
behalf. USCIS Policy Memorandum 602-0134.1.
If you wish to withdraw your I-485, please submit a notice of withdrawal
personally signed by you or, if you are under the age of 14, mentally
incompetent or an incapacitated adult, documentation that establishes who is
authorized to sign on your behalf.
我之前同时交了两个140，EB1B和NIW。后来EB1B pp批了就没管NIW，直接交了485。上
个月的时候看贴说有的IO会认为只要有一个pending 140就不批485，于是我就让律师把
NIW 140撤了。律师就填了个表也没叫我签名，自己就交了。
我看这两条RFE觉得怎么好像是针对我交的撤NIW 140来说的。今天一早打tier 2客服，
客服说他看不到信的全文，但这个信是premature的，过几天我应该会再收到一封信。
请问有人遇到或者见过这种情况吗？谢谢大家。
