I-485 PD：03/13/2017
RFE for体检：04/2018
Scheduled interview:07/23/2018
Cards is being produced for me and my wife：08/13/2018.
Officer told us visa number is available for our EB2, and officer is relined
to our EB2 automatically.
同时问下，从“Cards is being produced”到收到卡需要多久，谢谢！

Congrats! The card will be mailed to you soon!
How can you get card is being produced when there is retrogression?
I also filed 140 in 02/2017 and RFE in 03/2018. Hope that I will hear
something back soon too.
Can't type chinese at work.

我们的EB2这个月正好是current的状态，虽然下个月就不current了，但移民officer在
月底前给处理了我们的case。

面试前有提交过从1a到2类的transfer 申请：
我的EB2-NIW PD是：2015年2月底。这个月EB2正好current到2015年3月初。也是很少见
呀。赶的非常巧。而且律师也说从来没有碰到过这种case。第一次用了他们移民局的这
个政策。
在面试的时候，律师和移民沟通说在最后批准的时候，以哪一类有visa number优先可
以用。不用事先申请，只需要告诉移民官，和打印相关法律条款就行。如果移民官知道
就不用看，如果不知道就teach下移民官。问要了EB2批准的原件扫描了下。做了note在
8月份给批，就成了。

楼主人品好！那提交1a到2类的申请后，多久收到移民局的确认信呢？

我们没有提交那提交1a到2类的申请，直接口头和移民官说的。

谢谢楼主的信息，看隔壁EB23版人的经验，快的一般十天左右拿到卡，你拿到卡后问问
律师，核实一下是不是二类的类别。
