如果客户是中国人，这个485 relink是咋做的？
如果客户是外国人，能走NIW非走EB1是SB吗？而且反正NIW都是C，“尽可能提前的I-
140优先日”有毛意义吗？

how expensive is the data plan?

this is the second time T-mobile offers FAR SII for a 2yr contract.
i jumped in the first one w/ $250 rebate. got it.
in order to get rebate, you have to select certain talk & data plan.
many say SII is better than iPhone.
