用GIFT CARD交税是credit还是debit？
buy a $3000 AMEX GC with AMEX credit card, pay tax with this gc(debit card,
$3.49fee)? did anyone try this?

Just got an email that AMEX Gift Cards are fee-free when using Promo Code
EMMOTCM2, as long as you use your American Express card. Looks like any gift
card can work with that promo code. There are free trials for free shipping
to reduce the cost on that front, too. Email says that promo ends 6/30/2012
(even though it's a Mother's Day promotion). "
