绿卡9089表上的姓和名反了，律师说不用纠正过来怎么办？# Immigration - 落地生根

等了一年多好不容易盼来了PERM被approve。上周四在certified PERM form上签字的时
候发现姓名reversed了，赶快问公司的immigration的负责人，她确认名字确实反了。
同时翻看律师以前发给我的PERM 9089 Form draft，发现在申请表里写alien的first
name和last name的时候，是把first name写成了我的姓，last name写成了我的名字（
比如说我叫Lili Wang, 表上写成了Wang Lili的）。也怪我当初review的时候没仔细看
，大概扫了一眼就approve了律师就交给USCIS了，自我检讨中。
很慌乱，赶紧写邮件的公司的律师问他名字反了排期还是我的么，140还能申吗，需要
修改9089 Form吗。律师回信说没有关系的，名字反了不会影响140的申请：“this is
not a cause for concern as there are a number of identifiers on the form
that make clear the 9089 is for you. It will not impact the approvability
of the I-140, or your ability to secure/retain your priority date.”。但是我
很担心会不会以后即使I140被批准，priority date也不是我Lili Wang的，而是Wang
Lili的，移民局会不会不承认。。。
请问有人遇到过类似情况吗？不知道在PERM已经被approve的情况下，可以再change
name吗？具体怎么操作呢（要file什么表格呢）？感觉律师不太想管这个事，只和我说
只要file I140的时候把我的first name写成了名字，last name写成了我的姓就可以了

clearly filing for the appropriate name construction, which will ensure that
the I-140 will reflect the proper order for both tracking and adjustment of
status purposes.）。我不知道该不该相信他说的，要不要让他给我一个书面保证什
么的？
