My internet disconnect very often (every 10 minutes). Cox company came over
three times and did not figure it out the problem. They said maybe my
computer has problems.
Recently, I saw a message when I turn on my laptop. " There is an IP address
conflict with another system on the network."
What does this mean? How can I fix it?
