For outdoor, get mobile data service and use voip service.
For indoor, WiFi + Voip can make it.

voipstunt 有call in的号码。 把那个号码设成my faves 就可以了。或者用trixbox
在家里设服务器。 我就用trixbox, 很好用的。

用tribox的话，家里只有cable internet可以吗？

I guess using voipstunt with mobile, we need make a web callback. asterisk/
tribox is pretty good. I set up asterisk on WRT54G/S and get a free number
as access number. So I can call from anywhere to use voip.

People can also get callback with asterisk/tribox. Actually, setup a calling
card access number with asterisk is pretty nice.
Many callback services are more expensive than regular calls because we need
pay for two connnection legs. voipdiscount etc from betamax offers web
callback with same price as regular calling plus a connection fee. But
people may not like web callback because we need initiate calls from the web
. And betamax doesn't have a good reputation for its service. voipagain's
waka
card access number with asterisk is pretty nice.
