家里原来的dlink wireless router 坏了，买了个新的netgear wireless router. 可
是安装总是不成功，说是incorrect network setup. 直接连191.168.1.1也连不上。
把电脑直接连dsl modem，马上就通，network setup应该没有问题啊。
怎么办？

也许是dsl modem 分配的地址与netgear冲突。试试断开dsl modem 和router之间的网线
重起router，然后察看PC的IP 和网关地址（ipconfig, look for Default Gateway）
还有，通常router不会用191.168.1.1, 而是192.168.1.1.

对，router是192.168.1.1. 我断开router和modem, 电脑能连上192.168.1.1, 但是如
果再把router和modem连上，电脑就连不上192.168.1.1乐。。
怎么解决这个问题？

try change your router's address to 192.168.2.1
Maybe your modem use 192.168.1.1 as well. That will cause problem...

yes, it works now. It only took me 30 seconds to change the lan ip. After
reboot router, everything is fine. Thanks very much for your guys' help.
Netgear's technical support is really bad. I called them this morning and
they couldn't fix the problem. It took me half hour waiting and another
half hour to talk to them. Finally, the guy quit and asked me to call back
another time and hang up the phone. What a shame for Netgear.
