Tdap一般10年有效，如果你有打过可以出示证明就不用再打了

问题是我知道我打过了，却没有记录。。。

改成varchar后，原来的error message没了，可是有来了如下error:
Bulk load: DataFileType was incorrectly specified as char. DataFileType will
be assumed to be widechar because the data file has a Unicode signature.
