Dynamics Host Configuration Protocol
是微软开发出来的一个动态指定机器IP地址信息的
东西。主要用在网络IP地址无法固定，但需要管理的
地方。比如公司里很多laptop机器，IP无法固定，就
用DHCP。还有比如Cable Modem等。
每个介绍NT的书都不会少DHCP的，看看吧。

DHCP was not created by Microsoft!!! DO NOT take other people's credit!
DHCP was created by the Dynamic Host Configuration Working Group of the
Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF; a volunteer organization which defines
protocols for use on the Internet). As such, it's definition is recorded in an
Internet RFC and the Internet Activities Board (IAB) is asserting its status
as to Internet Standardization. Please check RFC 2131.
