I setup an IIS webserver:
1. when I use http://localhost/... it's fine;
2. But when I try to use the http://my_ip/... then it asked me for
username and password. Why? and how to avoid it? I check the IIS
property, the anonymous access is allowed.

Try to rename iisstart.asp and add your own default.asp/html.
