I tried to send messages to my friend's cellphone in China, but she said she
didn't receive it, what is the reason?
Is it same as QQ, I just need to click her icon,type the message and send,
then she could receive it if offline?

no, popo的message和短信是分开的,你要发短信专门有个短信对话框
