求助各位大侠
刚买的700m，ms一定要通过router才能连我的high speed internet（camcast cable）
否则就连不上
我不想用router。
是不是哪里设置不对？

Do you mean disable DHCP, but set the IP address manually? But how to yah?

read you cable modem manual how to get the ip address first.
which cable ISP you have? Some Cable company prohibit using router.

My ISP is comcast. they permit router.

comcast has comcast installation cd. did you install it?
after you step by step following installation wizard, you are able to surf
internet.
If you have two people(PC) share internet by using hub, you should not install
that cd. O/W, one of guy can't surf internet.
Maybe they change their policy now.
another posibility is they haven't activate your service. You don't have IP
address even if you have cable modem. Call them to make sure.
