我能听到对方的声音，但对方听不清楚或者没什么声音。
我的话筒是好的，连接也没问题（我可能听到喇叭里自己的
声音）。我也取消了本地防火墙设置，msn中也没特别的设置。
有人遇到过这种情况吗？请问这是什么原因呢？

is your pc pingable from the internet? what hardware do you use?
on the other side, does the user use a headset for both mic and
speaker? most of the time it's a hardware problem, but sometimes
it's the network settings. you have to check both sides,
some simple logic are:
if you can let some other people hear you, then it's most likely
not your side's problem
if the other side can hear other people, it's most likely not
the other side's problem
if you have more than one computer you can try tes

谢谢回答。
我试验了好几个人，包括美国和中国的，都是一样的
问题。即使有声音也是听不清楚说什么。
后来就改用skype了，效果相当好。
