You'll need a tighter stop loss, or do a lot better than 50%.
Every time you lose 1%, you'll have to make 1.01% to get back
even.

forex is not stock. there is no win-win. stocks can be win-win as the market
goes up. in forex your gain is someone else's loss. someone else's gain is
your loss. plus, all traders lose the spread to the brokage on every trade.
day trade is more like a gamble. buy/hold may be better. for example, for
the past year USD/CAD came from 0.9 to 1.28 and may head to the other
direction now. buy it and hold 6-12 month may give you big gain.

blackjack - you start with -3% against the house.
Speaking of USD/CAD, it actually doesn't seem to me that the trend is
reverting, which IMHO needs two things to happen first: a) crude oil
needs to get into at least mid-term up trend, and b) the Canadian
economy needs to do better than the US, which seems very unlikely
considering how interconnected the two are.

My only question is: Without betting on fundamentals and long-term
trend, no matter what method you use, how can you extract profit
from random walk?

外汇市场没有牛熊市，如果只是打算10％的收益还是别介入FX。
风险控制的好，合理的资金管理情况下，用些基本的技术分析，一年收益100％～300％
应该是正常的。
