Not a big fan of the Rational Suite. WebSphere is a decent application
server though.

based on eclipse. very decent software integraton / dev platform if you are
using websphere server. I like it, however, not a lot of companies use it as
the dev/prod environment. Staples use it as prod system, maybe you can go
there to work:D

Thoughtworks would release their process management tool "mingle". I guess
it is good to try this product.
