How do you think J2EE frame work?
What pattern do you like most, why?
What the biggest achievement do you have?
What the difficulty you meet before, how do you solve it?
本人经历简单,以前工作没什么难事,问到这种问题,就是死穴.
不知道有人能不能指点一二?

these are communication questions not tech questions...

J2EE has lots of framework, you can pick Spring framework and talk about it
is flexiblity.
For design pattern, you can talk about MVC.
The big achievement, try to go through what you have done before,
even the school assignment or internship, have you ever improve the
performance, or use different approach to solve technique difficulty.
The 3rd and 4th question is related, you probably need dig into your past
experience and also try to tell a story.
