我在操作系统的environment 中设定的java_home指向一个JDK 1.5 的package; 但是当
我run java –version的时候系统告诉我当前的jre 版本是1.6。我以前从来没有注意
过这个问题。这么说，操作系统当前的jre不是由java_home决定的？我一直以为jre的
version是由jdk决定的。那么系统中这个1.6的jre是哪儿来的？我从来没有安装过。
自动update 的吗？那如果我要想把jre该回到1.5, 那该怎么改呢？Thanks in advance

you probably have a 1.6 jre on your PATH ahead of the 1.5 one.
It happens for example on windows, where the jre installs a
copy of java.exe into windows/system32.
