Just did Windows update and noticed this PowerShell thing. It has
a pretty neat concept. Just wondering if there is anything Java
equivalent? Should be fairly trivial to implement one I think.

To pass objects in shell scripts? Jython? Or any other
JVM supported scripting languages?

I really like pipes (albeit too simple, but perfect for scripts).
Jython etc can't really be used in a command line approach.

Once you are already in Java, you want to switch out
to command line? I thought people did that because
they didn't know or didn't want to involve a high
level language.
