Team Lead Java Web Infrastructure Engineer ($130k-$200k)

Responsibilities:
Design and implement the software systems for research and trading software.
Responsibilities include requirements-gathering, architecting and designing
solutions, developing software systems (primarily in Java), defining and
collecting goal-focused metrics, and optimizing performance.
Qualifications:
Strong computer science background and solid Java programming skills.
Superior communication and organizational skills.
Ability to analyze and optimize data structures and algorithms for
efficiency, and an eagerness to write and review large amounts of high-
quality software in a small team environment.
Understanding of concurrency and distributed computing is preferred, as is
general familiarity with existing open-source software packages.
