On the website of irs.org, F-1 students can take the presence test if they
substantially complies with the requirements of the visa. Can any F-1
students take the presence test? Or do the government have any special
requirement for the substantially complying with the requires of the visa?
What is the use of the presence test? Does it help people get their green
card?

别人有个程序需要按帮他装一下，但他的SQL SERVER std 是盗版的，怕惹麻烦。能不
能装SQL EXPRESS作DB Server呢？请有经验的达人解释一下，不行的话俺就不浪费时间

Express version only holds up to 2GB data for each DB. If you think this is
not a matter.

yes but it has limitations. db size as mentioned is one
look at it here
