Got several certifications from Sun.still can't get a job. a little
frustrated.

You can sell your SCJD or SCEA projects for the price you paid for
certificate.
More, be a professional gun man for the price of certificate each shot.

nowadays, experiences are much more important than those certificates.
if no real experience in your resume, certificates won't help a lot.

Yeah,i have some work experience.maybe not that strong. so i took the
certifications to show them at least i understand such stuff well. hoped that
would be helpful. but seems i am wrong... sigh....

yes, it is very tough to get a java related offer now. but it is not because
java is useless, but there are too many java professional now. hehe. Java is
too easy to pick up, much easier than C++.
Do you have working experience in Java? I don't think certifications are
really helpful for your job hunting
