I am using JBoss tomcat intergrated with Jbuilder 7. I am building a web site.
One thing make me bored is I have to compile the whole project after I do a
small change. Now it takes me 2 mins to compile the whole project. It is very
time-consumming for debugging. Any one have any idea about it?

You need a make facility. Then you don't have to compile the whole thing.

You might want to have a look at "Ant".
