javaranch, sun's developer commuity, jguru, google. 中文的就算了,除非你回国,
一堆名词中英文绕来绕去浪费时间.

theserverside.com
IBM site also has some good stuff
and depends on the stuff you use/work on, you can also find useful things from
weblogic, oracle etc sites
- it's everywhere!
BTW, oracle has worst site/documentation I ever seen (comapring big company
only).
