A java project includes mutiple .java files
I want to find the relationship of thoses classes automatically.
Is there any tools or commands to produce it graphically, like a flow chart?

The java files in that project are too many .

Together, Rational Rose应该都可以。
如果你的意思是看class diagram的话。
