ClassLoader oldParentClassLoader = this.parentClassLoader;
this.parentClassLoader = newLoader
is it a Reference Copy?
So ?this.parentClassLoader=oldParentClassLoader=newLoader?
I know it sounds quite stupid, but ....

parent = new , but old!=parent unless old = new

I thought old reference to new, if new reference to parent, so old too
