here are something I learned from my experience. may help you a little bit
1. leave your fax #, not only mailing address on your fax.
better to have a fax number on the letter, instead of a mailing address.
they will fax their reply letter to you (grant your request or not). need not to
wait 7-10days for the letter.
USCIS said they are responsible to reply your
request within 48hrs. this is true, normally the decline letter is sent out
within 2-3 days. but it takes 4-7days to your mailbox
