先找5个reviewer审，修改两次后reviewer们都满意了。然后editor又接着再找另外两
个reviewer接着审第四轮。前后共7个reviewer.同时投的同事的paper一审修改后就过
了，而且就三个reviewer（这个应该是normal case）。我运气怎么总这么差呢？现在
感觉以前老板得罪人了，我来买单。

我的背景是cs phd 四年多DBA经验，现在美东南一大城市工作。现在有一offer是non
tenure track Assistant Professor 在洛杉矶，工资比现在涨了62%。我该不该接这个
offer？

Which journal?
I know some journal normally invited 5~10 reviewers. It seems that the
journal wants to improve its impact factor by doing so.

If you buy the whole leg and foot, it should be easy to tell, the front let
is shorter, straighter, and thinner

我们的领域一般都是两到三个 reviewer，5个已经是很多的了。7个，而且还分成前后
两批，第一批经历major 到 minor 到满意，然后接着再来第二批，简直没听说过。感
觉是editor要审到把paper据了为止。

DBA是技术活对Phd来说发挥不了更大的作用。

140k as an assistent prof in CS is definetely above market price.
it is not that expensive in LA afterall and, with ur salary, u have no
problem
of buying a great house and living an enjoybale and fun life in LA.
again, u wanna be a prof in the first place. congrats!

房价贵了3-4倍。traffic也差很多吧。
