一共是一轮电面加一次on-site，过程是一周，周三on-site完了直接发的offer
电面是manager来做的，15分钟介绍cisco，大概30分钟提问算法/os/network，15分钟
问简历经验。
算法两题，精华区都有
一是翻转字符串，
二是在大数组中只有两个一样的数，设计方法把这个数找出来
on-site问的都是简历，对c/c++基本功有很高要求，推荐各位去 http://www.c-faq.com/ 看看
建议投cisco的同学们on-site之前还是好好复习一下简历上那些经验。

不要打了，你应该不是top，等着别人据掉吧
还是老话，想给你offer会主动找你；不给你，骚扰没用，如果没有反效果的话。。。

Network
tell me what kinds of packets will be sent out when you run "ping google.com"
what is the difference between layer 2 forwarding and layer 3 forwarding
why use spanning tree in layer 2
is it possible to use MAC address instead of IP address?
OS
difference between process and thread
virtual address to physical address mapping
why use recursive semaphone
other questions are basic, I don't remember them exactly but I think they
are from text book

多谢。楼主看来是对network和OS很有经验的吧。
像spanning tree in layer 2和recursive semaphore的这两题目我感觉没经验的很难
答好啊。
