NIDCR的K08. impact score 30分。不知道咋样？有人说K grant不会有percentile
information 出来。到RePort查了往年的funding success rate. 2013年 33%， 2012
年43%，2011年42%。
觉得我这个分数有戏吗？

上个月底托人refer了一下。一直没消息，都快忘了。今天收到yahoo的人联系，要先在
24小时内回答
几个问题，根据回答好坏决定是否move forward to phone interview。这里面有道
open
system design的题，有点狗咬刺猬无从下口。。。

这里的“we expect zero down time in production”中的production是什么意思呢？

score和percentile有什么明确的对应关系吗? 30分是不是前30%？

zero down time in production就是说他们的系统不希望有下线维护的时候，一个系统
维护的时候有别的服务器能顶上
front-end middle-tier backend应该是指网站整个系统的各个部分吧，像网页，
后台程序，数据库之类

没有绝对的对应关系，所以还是得看其他申请人的分数。

这题有点意思，不过没上过班实实在在做过类似事情的人，很难答的好，只能随便
google一点东西
