想咨询一下Bank of America 的hiring process 是什么样的. 我这周去了一轮面试
，面试后，HR 让我填on line 的background check form，表上需要填写现在老板的
名字，请问有经验的朋友知道他们会联系我的老板吗？可是我不想让现在的老板知道
我打算跳槽。如果background check没有问题，是不是还要有第二轮面试？谢谢大
家了。

No they won't contact your boss before you accept the offer. No they will
not conduct background check until you accept the offer.

Thanks, Plasma50. They havn't talked about offer with me yet. HR just said
that background investigation was part of interview process. I hope they won't contact with my Boss, otherwise it will be embarassing to continue to work in my current
company.
