The HR in my company is asking me to fill out forms for background check.
But she asks me to provide two set of forms with two different names, and
one of them I never used. This name does look like my name. HR told me that
our vendor need me to fill out forms with both name. What should I do? I
feel very uncomfortable filling a form with a name I never used. They said
this name was developed from my credit check as an alternative name/spelling
. Is that ok? Thanks.
