大家好，最近被lay off，发信给律师，回信说gap在一个月之外的情况时：
2. There are some wide gap in-between these two dates (more than 1
month)
The CIS may not allow you to transfer your H-1B in the US. In this case,
they will just approve your H-1B status but there will be no updated I-94
attached. Then you have to leave the country (For example stay 3-4 days in
UK. Canada does not work) and reenter the US with your new approval notice
to gain your H-1B status.
是不是说如果H1B transfer申请与最后工资日期的gap超过一个月，就需要我本人到UK
或者其他地方重新入境？
