OPT申请正在pending(已经收到receipt)，F1签证到明年才过期，有offer letter.
已经毕业，OPT开始时间9月中旬。
想考虑回国，然后让朋友把收到的EAD卡快递给国内的我，然后从新入境。版上说法很
多，按照学校international office的说法，只要有OPT receipt, F1签证未过期，有
offer letter, 可以回国。
请大虾确认。下面是学校的说法：

OPT application and the time you receive the USCIS receipt notice, or if
