This is very general for small companies. They do not want to waste money to
sponsor H1-B to a person who is not qualified. They want to check your
performance in the first 6 months and then determine whether you deserve
them to sponsor H1-B.

试用期前后工资区别会有多大？
我们公司就需要试用期，不过待遇区别不大，试用期 SPONSOR H１B
