我的OPT是月底到期，现在申请H1B. 是不是H1B材料递上去,我就可以接着干，直到批准

only before Oct 1.
OPT cap-gap only covers from H1 filing date to Sep 30. After Oct 1, you
must use approved H1 to work, you cannot work if H1 is still pending.
and because your OPT ends 9-30, it doesn't help you at all. it will help
someone who, for example, OPT ends 9-15 and H1 pending or approved with H1
start date Oct 1. that person can work from 9-16 to 9-30 in cap-gap. (not
in OPT, not in H1)
