律师说，刚收到我的h1 approval，USCIS没有批准我的I94...上面写的原因是，我的
opt在2009年6月1日过期。。。这群傻孩子，那个是我的opt开始的日期。。。然后我现
在莫名其妙地out of status了。。。
律师说，他们已经给uscis打电话了，周一会把要求更改错误的信寄出去。希望他们快
点解决吧。。。

Update，呼唤满老。。。

was approved. However, only the employer part of the petition was approved,
i.e, the company, the position, XXX's qualifications, etc. were all deemed
to meet H-1B requirements. The change of status part of the petition was not
approved. This means that that XXX will not have H-1B status coming October
1. As of this moment, XXX is technically out of status.
