I got rejected after 3rd phone screen from amazon.
Well, myself is a little bit giving up amazon after knowing there is 3rd
round of phone interview, so I give my last question as follow:
"what's your comments on the comment that"Everything in Amazon is a fire
drill".
I think the damage is big, so I got rejected the next day.
Lesson learn, be prudent in phone interview, as you don't have body language
or chance to make it back once something went wrong.

this is a tricky question.
it would be a very good question in the face to face interview, you can turn
it into a nice question (a sharp question and benefit you),
but I asked to early, in a phone interview, too hard to control.

Well, I will not fight with some idiots.
I am here just for fun.
"Fire drill is a metaphor for something that we need to address it
immediately and be serious with it"

Try to practice your interview skills even if you don't like the company.
My personal feeling: I can always learn something or realize something from
every interview, either phone or onsite.

Correct.
Actually, I was just trying to get an idea of whether Amazon is likeable or
not.
So it is just a fun learning process for me, for curiosity too.
