啥收获都没有，除了只多给1K的relocation fee……说不能再高了，因为现有的雇员拿

negotiate前最好查查glassdoor上面公司pay多少，就像俺们骑牛找马的，都是事前看

如果你有两个或以上offer，那就非常好negotiate,否则的话，对方很难加价，因为对
方吃透了你的心理。
你可以到salary.com, glassdoor去做个调查，看看如果offer给的薪水远低于对应职位
level的average，就可以和对方说明这个情况，表示你的薪水过低，问一下HR
