背景说一下，cs，但是申的有cs有engineering有信息学院。
lz现在的情况是，有一个不错的industry lab offer（IT也就那么几家，求不人肉）两
周内要求做决定，即使要延期，估计也就是再延两周吧
学校电面得差不多了,dream school都挂了，目前为止拿了2个不是特别满意的onsite，
都在70多名左右（专业名次好一点，也差不多），一个问题是location都不太好。面试
都要安排在2月了，估计industry offer拖不下去
lz还是比较希望好好做research，但不喜欢teaching, 所以一直也在纠结学校还是lab.
lab感觉目前这个组很match，但不知道以后会不会很多不确定因素，也怕被裁。。。
而且怕回头后悔了想回学校不如fresh phd好跳
学校呢，不知道怎么和industry lab比较，最重要的是onsite了也不一定能拿到offer
，回头另一个offer也飞了。

Qualifications
Software engineer with 2-5 years experience to perform development of real
time embedded flight control systems through full software development
lifecycle in a multidisciplinary avionics and aerospace environment.
Specific Responsibilities
•Design, code, test, and provide ongoing support for embedded systems
software to meet technological and customer requirements
•Define and analyze system software design requirements and write
software requirements documents to meet defined and anticipated customer
needs and system quality and performance standards
•Write software integration and test plans; conduct and lead software
verification, testing and integration efforts to identify required
modifications and ensure optimum system performance at delivery
•Collaborate with electrical engineers in planning, design and
development of systems to ensure software and hardware performance and
compatibility
•Develop interface definitions in conjunction with design team and
enforce interface control documents to record and validate system
performance standards and results
•Lead and participate in software Design Reviews to ensure team
progress against milestones are met and to maintain highest quality level
within project schedules
•Serve as technical lead on projects as assigned, working with
customers to meet deliverables and address and resolve technology or system
issues

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in applicable engineering or science field, or, in
the absence of an bachelor's degree, six years of related engineering
experience.

Qualifications
Experienced senior level software engineer to lead and perform development

Position Requirements
•Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical
discipline required, Masters degree strongly preferred. 5-10 years of real
time embedded software systems development experience including defining and
documenting requirements, software design and development, programming,
testing, and implementation. A strong working knowledge of C, real time
operating systems, and DO178B is required. Demonstrated software project
management/execution experience required. Knowledge and experience with the
aerospace industry, vehicle control, algorithm development and the ENEA OSE
RTOS preferred. Customer interface and team lead experience preferred.
•Must demonstrate the ability to maintain professional demeanor at all
times and under all circumstances; effectively manage multiple priorities
and deadlines; exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication
skills; strong customer service, quality, and team orientation;
organizational skills and detail focus; self motivation, self direction, and
able to work independently; and a commitment to continuous improvement of
knowledge, skills and abilities
•Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance may be required for
certain projects or programs / US Citizenship/Permanent Resident Status is
required for ITAR/EAA controlled projects or programs.

然后去lab上一年班？？圈子太小，肯定会被发现的呀

这学校能答应吗，要是industry呆爽了一年后不一定会来啊

和你差不多状况和方向，公司催，头疼 >_<
学校是可以延半年的，fall拖到spring入职我见过不少例了

CS这个时候还有好多学校没开始审材料吧，我自己在二月三月还有好多面试
身边的人也大部分二月三月拿到很多面试的
这个lab明显在逼你

但是take offer了以后还到处面试
被知道了以后影响挺不好的

cs的有那么早吗。。。我咋还没收到。。。哭
