拿到一个大金融机构的CONTRACT OFFER,代理公司给了两个选择：
一是给较高年薪，自己负责绿卡申请的一切费用；
二是公司负责绿卡申请的费用，申请期间每年工资减5000刀。
大家说选哪个？申请费不就是律师费，手续费和广告费吗？不是固定6500的吗？
如果自己付费，律师是自己找还是公司找？

You can ask them if you need to find a lawyer (I think so). Compare the cost
of two. Usually, it is more costly for them to pay the fee. It is less
costly for you to hire a Chinese lawyer. Plz go by some reliable lawyer (not
necessarily expensive or famous). If you hire and pay your lawyer, there is
more flexiblity--more may leave with your Green Card process (time length)
being affected.
